About the Founders
Legacy Adventure Travel began with Sandy and Charles — two people from different continents, brought together by a shared love of meaningful travel. When they first met and traveled together along the southern coast of Africa, Charles was struck by landscapes he’d never imagined — deep ravines plunging through open prairie, wild coastline framed by mountains, and the chance to snorkel in clear water alongside native wildlife. Cape Town’s rhythm and culture left a lasting impression, but it was the quiet, uncrowded beaches — places where conversation flowed and presence came naturally — that helped them build something more.
